The corporate bond and equity offering for EA Energy seeks to raise $132.5M for renewable energy plants in Abaco and Eleuthera.

Angelo Butler, Manager, Corporate Advisory Services for CFAL - which is facilitating the bond and equity offering - tells #MorningBlendBusiness on Guardian Radio 96.9FM the initial offering is April 1-16, and is targeting institutional investors, pension funds and mutual funds.

A retail offering to the public is expected near the end of the second quarter of 2025.
