Sessions with the first cohort in the SBDC Bahamas “Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Initiative” are currently underway. SBDC Innovation Manager Blair Evans tells #MorningBlendBusiness on Guardian Radio 96.9FM that their partnership with Ministry of Social Services and National Commission for Persons with Disabilities is offering up to $10K in grant funding.

Training and mentorship programs examine strategies and skills every entrepreneur needs.

There’ll also be the “ENABLE Business Expo & Forum” next month, with products and services specifically tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities.

The next cohort begins later this year.
