Dr Marky Jean-Pierre, Professor, University of The Bahamas, tells #MorningBlend Wednesday’s “Bahamian and Haitian Creole Festival” will explore the linguistic and cultural histories of Haitian and Bahamian societies.

The event will feature academic presentations, cultural sketches, dances, songs, and performances by the UB Goombay Ensemble, and more.

It’s slated for 6pm at the Harry C. Moore Library Auditorium.
