Vasco Bastian, VP, Bahamas Petroleum Retailers Association, says prices at the pumps in New Providence are set to hit a record high of $6.67, as Rubis gazetted that price yesterday. He tells #MorningBlendBusiness on Guardian Radio 96.9FM, there’s been no movement in negotiations with the government on raising the fixed margin for retailers of $0.54 per gallon or implementing a percentage-based system, despite “productive” discussions.

He gives motorists tips on how to conserve fuel in their vehicles during this time.
